SUMMARY: LC 29 7979S (SCS) 

Makes it unlawful to "knowingly and without the consent of the person observed, use or install a device for the purpose of surreptitiously videotaping, filming, photographing, or video recording such person under or through the person's clothing" when the person being photographed has a reasonable expectation of privacy and the purpose is to view the body or underwear of the person

Also makes it unlawful to distribute any image or recording that is known to have been taken or obtained in the manner described above 

"Person" is defined as any individual 16 years or older 

 

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2017
